Transient feedback message. Composes `@radix-ui/react-toast` (`role="status"` for default, `role="alert"` for danger; polite/assertive live regions, swipe-to-dismiss, escape-to-close). The Provider wraps the app; the Viewport is the portal target. It wears the shared overlay glass (ADR-038) with a leading tinted status glyph — colour pairs with the glyph shape and the message text so meaning never rides on colour alone (R14).
