"description": "The optional DEFAULT atmosphere of the design system: a themed sky (high-key day in light, night in dark) with two brand lights drifting on minute-long, transform-only loops. It is the ONE sanctioned continuous animation in Poesía — weather, not component state — governed by the ADR-023 grammar: `energy` is the community's resting tempo (calm | lively), `signal` is the ONE stateful channel (none | raised | urgent — opacity-only breathing, ≥6 s cycles, tempo = urgency and nothing else), and skins recolour the lights via --poesia-atmosphere-light-primary/-secondary. It freezes under prefers-reduced-motion or motion=\"still\" (the WCAG 2.2.2 pause lever — apps owe their users a persistent setting wired to it), with signal changes landing as a slow opacity crossfade. The day sky carries a sharp dot lattice and the night sky its point highlights: crisp structure whose visible melting is what makes the vibrant material read as glass.",
